- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to ANACOMP Technical Services, 2214 Paddock Way Drive, Grand Prarie, TX 75050. This acquisition is for a factory remanufactured XFP2000 Cut/web Digital Imaging COM with Datamaster II Duplicator, installation and maintenance services. Period of performance is Aug 04 through 31 Aug 05. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed equipment and maintenance must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 04 Aug 04 via the following address: dalll@scott.disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered.
