- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, Information Systems Services Division (DITCO-PL8231) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to MAX Software, Inc. for annual software maintenance of the MAX/PDF, MAX DATA/UTILITY, and MAX/BATCH products. This software provides continued license support of DISA operations for the period 01 Oct 2004 through 30 Sep 2005. The statutory authority for contracting without providing for full and open competition is 20 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
