- The requirement as follows is hereby cancelled effective 08/03/04. These items are being advertised as an add-on to the existing 3 year basic Requirements Type Contract SPM760-04-D-9707. These items are being procured in accordance with General Electric LM2500 Gas Turbine Engine part numbers. The estimated annual dollar amount for these 31 SMS NSN items is approximately $306,849.40. Offerors who are intersted in submitting an offer for this requirement should contact Cynthia Gover at (614) 692-3417 prior to the closing date. all responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Notes(s): twenty two (22) and twenty-six (26). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This proposed procurement contains options to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 9 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 3040, 4320, 4710, 4720, 4730, 4810, and 4820. This acquisition is for supples for which the Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are General Electric (07482). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the original solicitation.
