- Arapaho/Roosevelt National Forest. Hewlett Gulch Trailhead Construction. Includes incidental road construction, walkways, parking area, kiosk construction, toilet construction, fence and gate construction, signs. The solicitation will be electronically posted on this website on July 30, 2004. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on August 10, 2004. Interested contractors should meet Government representatives at the jobsite. The Hewlett Gulch Trailhead location is as follows: From Fort Collins take US287 north for approximately 10 miles. Proceed west on State Highway 14 for approximately 14 miles (MP111.5). The trailhead is located on the north side of the highway. Please RSVP with CO Loren Ebner (970) 498-1175.
