- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW AND PRINT ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEB SITE IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. SOLDIER CREEK BRIDGE PROJECT. The work consists of replacement of three culverts with the installation of a bridge. Work also consists of the realignment of the road to improve the approach to the bridge. The site is located approximately 12 miles by road north of Fairfield, Camas County, Idaho and is accessed from Forest Road 093. Located approximately 1 mile north of the Soldier Mountain Ski Area. Estimated start date is 09/07/2004 with 60 calendar days for completion. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code: 237310; size standard: $28.5 Million. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
