- Description
- The Cleveland National Forest Potable Water Tank Cleaning Services Project includes cleaning and inspection work on up to twenty potable water storage tanks at the following Forest locations in San Diego and Riverside County: Cameron Fire Station, Cibbetts Flats Campground, Cottonwood Fire Station, Descanso Fire Station, Dripping springs Fire Station, Japatul Fire Station, Pine Creek Trailhead, Oak Grove Fire Station, Pine Hills Fire Station, and portions of the Laquna Water System (Camp Ole Reservoir, Filaree Flats Reservoir). Work includes draining the reservoirs, inspecting the interior surfaces of the tank, including walls, floors, ceiling, pipe connections and valves, videotaping the tank features, scrubbing or high pressure spraying the tank interior surface with a chlorinated solutions and sweeping out all the sediment/debris. Reservoirs are to be disinfected with a 50 ppm chlorination. Location directions will be posted with the Solicitation Package. Recommended contract time is 10 days. Offer due by noon September 17, 2004. NAICS code: 221310 Size Standard $6.0 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
