- Description
- The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, Kentucky will issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architect and Engineering firms interested in contracting for A&E Services with emphasis on animal waste solids staking facilities and associated practices. Engineering services are required for preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, related studies, and all associated engineering services for the planning, design, and construction inspection of animal waste storage practices in several counties, mostly in western Kentucky. NRCS contemplates the award of one or multiple firm fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts in the price range not to exceed $250,000 for any performance time period (base or option period). NRCS anticipates posting the solicitation package to this website no later than August 17, 2003.
