- Description
- The Department of Energy (DOE) has a sole source requirement under 6.302-1 for the Ecological Society of America. This will be a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12 for DOE participation in the "Sustainable Water Resources Roundtable" (SURR). The SWRR is the only source to obtain the water qualify and supply report for 2005. Interested firms who may want to challenge this sole source must do so in writing and submit an alternate proposal by August 18, 2004. This information must be submitted to Annette Brown, ME-641.2, 1000 Independence Ave., S.W.
