- Note: All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO. 80538 8986. The Western Area Power Administration of the Department of Energy has a requirement for all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and any other resource necessary to complete all snow removal services at the Loveland Area Office. The work shall be conducted at the Loveland Area Office, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Loveland, CO. 80538 8986, Larimer County, Colorado. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and is restricted to a 40 mile radius of geographic location of the Loveland Area Office Facility. This will be handled as a commercial services requirement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. There is a scheduled site visit with a designated time and date in the solicitation package part 13. The Government will utilize the Performance Based Evaluation Process for award. The total duration for this contract will be one year; however, four (4) year options may be exercised by the discretion of the government. All offeror's must complete all portions of each section to be considered for award. This solicitation will be posted electronically at this web site on or about August 4, 2004. The specification and drawings will be issued hard copy. Request for specifications and drawings must be submitted in writing and faxed to 970 461-7377 or by e-mail gutierre@wapa.gov Information hours are between 7am and 3pm MT Monday through Friday.
