- Description
- This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for a full and open competition requirement. The Federal Highway Administration has a requirement to develop a training course and training materials, for use of the AASHTO specification for qualification and acceptance of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) Bridge Decks and Superstructures. This solicitation will only be released and available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Accordingly, NO written, telephone, facsimile or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. However, interested parties can register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements/notifications of postings by e-mail. The Government anticipates issuing a Solicitation on or about 08/19/2004 by posting it on the website www.fedbizopps.gov. Estimated proposal due date is on or about 09/20/2004. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it will be the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the www.fedbizopps.gov website for any solicitation amendments. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 541690 with a SB Size Standard of $6 million. NO OTHER PROCUREMENT INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
