Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Denver Distribution Center is announcing a source sought for FM Technology for commercial equivelant products to the items listed below with the following salient characteristics: Phonak FM wireless hearing aid systems MLXSN01, MLXSN09, MLXSN18, ML8SN01, ML8SN09, and ML8SN18 brand name or equivalent. Multiple operating frequencies Compatibility with other manufacturers Multiple transmitter options (e.g. Bluetooth, handheld, conference/stationary) Multi-frequency receiver Compatibility with hearing aids and cochlear implants This notice is a request for information of possible sources for the aforementioned product name brand or equivalents. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. Responses must include sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of your firm to submit a valid proposal. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NAICS 334510. All responses must be submitted in writing no later than September 3, 2004 at 4:00 P.M. MST. Telephone request will not be honored.
