Description

The Mid South Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) 764 located at 5171 Sam Jared Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 has a need for metal cart modifications. Cart are approximately size is four feet wide x 4 feet depth x 6 feet height. Carts are made of steel rods welded into cross patterns to form sides, bottoms and tops. The space between rods is approximately four inches. The CMOP has a total of eight carts for modification. The Contractor shall design modifications to existing carts for additional security around gates. Carts modifications shall be designed for individual?s safety designed to allow part of the side to fold away and designed for locking with pad lock. Contractor shall provide design to CMOP for approval. Contractor shall be responsible to picking-up one cart each for modification and return cart before release of another cart. Contractor shall pay for transportation and delivery of carts. This is a sources sought announcement number C764-0014-04.
