Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR FAC 2001-24. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation Number is FA4809-04-Q-0367. The NAICS code 339115 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 500 employees. The item description is as follows: 001. Ballastic Sunglasses, Wiley X SG-1 (or equal) with Straps, Dark and Clear Lenses, Qty 640 each. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: 52.222-19 Child Labor-Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies, 52.222-21 Prohibition of Segregated Facilities, 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity, 52.232-33 Payment by ElectronicFunds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration.
