- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered FA9401-04-T-0089. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541512 and the small business size standard is $21M. The requirement is set-aside for 100% Small Business. This requirement is a fiscal year 2004 requirement. Funds are presently available for this contract. The government intends to issue an order for the scripting of software maintenance renewal for the following software licenses: Item 01: FrameMaker 7.0 template development. See Statement of Work. Item 02: Support Incident Package (24 hrs). See Statement of Work. Item 03: Document Conversion - 1,000 pages. See Statement of Work. Item 04: Document Conversion - 3,000 pages. See Statement of Work. Period of performance is 7-months after date of contract. Please indicate FOB destination Kirtland AFB NM 87117 on quote.
