- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase request number F1GPL142040300 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2001-24 dated 19 Jul 2004. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 334290 and the small business standard is 750. CAT 6 Patch Cords, P/N PC06-5, 170 EA; Clin 0004) 12 FT. CAT 6 Patch Cords, P/N PC06-12, 170 EA; Clin 0005) Surface Mount Box, P/N OR-40400049, 170 EA (This item cannot be substituted.); Clin 0006) CAT 6 Dual Insert, P/N OR-522600, 170 EA, (This item cannot be substituted.); Clin 0007) Tape, ? IN. P/N Tape ?, 24 EA RL; Clin 0008) Tie Wraps, 10 IN, 1k Bag, P/N 08436, 2 EA; Clin 0009) RJ-45 Connectors (TYCO Electronics Type) Box of 100, P/N 5-554169-3, 2 EA; and Shipping: F.O.B Destination, Inspection and Acceptance: Destination. Quotations that do not include prices for all of the items will not be considered.
