Description
This acquisition is for the services to plan, coordinate, and conduct, in conjunction with USNORTHCOM, the 35th Conference on National Security Strategy and Policy to be held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, in Washington DC on October 28-29, 2004. The contractor shall provide the following supplies and Services: a. In conjunction with USNORTHCOM, develop conference agenda and select speakers. b. Draft and issue invitations, and secure the participation of speakers. c. Prepare lists and issue letters of invitation to prospective participants. d. Make necessary arrangements to reserve conference facilities. e. Draft and issue conference publicity. f. Develop and maintain conference website. g. Develop, produce, and issue conference packages for speakers and participants. h. Coordinate registration for conference. i. Administer and provide technical and logistical support at the conference site to assure the smooth functioning of the event. j. Record conference proceedings for transcription. k. Deliver transcript of the conference to USNORTHCOM for review, and subsequent posting to a designated website. l. Prepare a post-conference analytical report for USNORTHCOM review, and subsequent publication and dissemination.
