- While funds are not presently available within Air Mobility Command to fund this project, we anticipate funds will become available by 19 Nov 04. If current fiscal year (FY04) funds become available, contract awards will be made no later than 30 September 2004. If FY04 funds are not available, this project may be funded with FY05 funds. We expect to have FY05 funds by 19 November 2004. Solicitations may be cancelled and all offers rejected before award but after solicitation closing date when cancellation is clearly in the public's interest. Work shall include but not be limited to removing existing asphalt Built Up Roof (BUR) with gravel ballast, removing existing roof insulation, demolishing a roof mounted fan unit and installing decking and/or framing over abandoned opening, replacing parapet wall cap and flashing, curb flashing for hot water and boiler exhausts, scuppers, roof drains, pipe vents, replacing fan and intake hood curb fasteners, tapered roof insulation and installing a modified bit BUR on new roof insulation. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS for this project is 238160. This project is available for full and open competition. The solicitation has been posted.
