- Awardee shall furnish all labor, material, transportation and equipment and perform all operations in connection with Data Entry, Auditor and Trainer Services at Davis Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA in accordance with the Statement of Work, dated 27 July 2004. Request for Proposal Number FA4427-04-R-0007 will be electronically available only via the Electronic Procurement System (www.eps.gov) on or about 11 Aug 04 with a close date on or about 13 Sep 03. The contract shall encompass one (1) basic year period with four (4) one (1) year option periods. No telephone requests will be honored.
