- Description
- This is a market survey to locate sources to perform an update of the USAFA Mitchell Hall audio system. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supplies, equipment tools, materials, supervision, other items and services necessary to provide and install audio upgrades as described in the Statement of Work entitled "Installation of Upgraded Public Address/Music System". This synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to pay for the information requested, issue a solicitation, or award a contract. If you are a potential source interested in participating in this procurement , please submit a written response to the attention of Colleen M. Hirsch or Russell W. Jordan, Operational Contracting Office, 8110 Industrial Dr., Suite 200, USAF Academy CO 80840-2315 with their capability statement which includes 1). How long you have been in business; 2). What is your Duns & Bradstreet number, 3). Are you a small or large business; 4) Have you ever performed this type of contract; 5) What is your business arrangement and 6) Have you ever performed government contracts. A copy of the current statement of work is available upon request. This is a request for information only, and as such shall not be construed in any manner whatsoever as an obligation on the part of the government to enter into a contract. 2. This is an unfunded requirement and will not be purchased unless funds become available. A firm fixed price type contract is anticipated. The applicable NAICS Code is 334310. The Solicitation should be available on this web side on or about 10 August 2004. There will be a site visit held. Details will be included in the solicitation. USAFA is a restricted access government facility. A minimum of 48 hours is required to process any security pass requests. Contractors should pay close attention to the deadlines to submit information required to gain access for site visit included in the solicitation.
