Description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and labor necessary to provide legal advice pertaining to Japanese law on a wide variety of legal issues from minor civil matters to more serious criminal cases, if required. The services shall be performed at Building 101, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Camp Zama, Japan. Performance Period: 15 Aug 04 through 30 Sep 04. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
