- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. Funds for this acquisition are currently available. NAICS: 339920 Schedule of items: IC Evolution SR Indoor Cycling Bikes, PN: 3710014; Quantity 17 ea Or Equal Indoor Cycling Instructor Training, The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation, Award will be made to the Low Priced -Technically Acceptable offer. Multiple awards may be accomplished if any items are determined to be unbalanced. All prices are required to include all shipping costs.
