Description

NOTICE OF INTENT. The Regional Contracting Office, Alaska, Fort Richardson, Alaska intends to issue a sole source award to The Chariot Group, Inc., for videoconferencing equipment, system design, integration, installation and programming at Fort Gree ly, Alaska. The Government intends to acquire this using commercial service under FAR Part 12 and intends to place the purchase order pursuant to FAR Part 13.106-l(b), which allows for the acquisition of services determined to be reasonably available from only one source. Qualified CCR registered firms have 5 business days from the publication to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Gover nment not to compete this proposal contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procureme nt. Request for written Quotation will not be issued. All responses to this notice must be emailed to melanie.phaniphon@richardson.army.mil.
