- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is for the following items: CLIN 0001 Crushed Rock 3/4 inch clean crushed rock , 2320 Tons, delivered to Gate 7, Wildlife area and Womack Reservoir, Rock shall be spread on road utilizing either belly dumps or end dumps; CLIN 00 02 Crushed Rock 3/4 inch clean crushed rock, 640 Tons, delivered and stock piled at Hazardous Material Bunker; CLIN 0003 Road Base Rock 3/4 inch road base rock, 2520 Tons, delivered to Gate 7, Wildlife area and Womack Reservoir, Rock shall be spread on roa d utilizing either belly dumps or end dumps; CLIN 0004 Road Base 3/4 inch road base rock, 800 Tons , delivered and stock piled at Hazardous Material Bunker. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. For this acquisition, the Sm all Business Size Standard is 500 employees and the NAICS Code is 212319. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulat ion (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantag eous to the Government.
