Description

The ACA, Northern Region Contracting Center, Installation Division, Building 2746, Fort Eustis, VA 23604 intends to award a sole source action with NAVTEQ for geocoding and routing data services. This proposed action is for services for which the Go vernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, a ll proposals received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. All responses shall be received by 12 p.m. EDT 08/06/04.
