- The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract for a one-year period for Installation Biochemical Testing Coordinator. Responsibility: provide all the necessary duties/functions/tasks to operate the Biochemical Testing Program in it s entirely, to include the civilian testing collection and processing including any future additions of TDPs, IAW AR 600-85, DOD Directives, Public and Executives Laws, DHHS, ACSAP guidance, and Installation Policy Letter. Recommended staff: one (1) Instal lation Biochem Testing Coor, one (1) Installation Biochem Testing Coordinator Admin, and one (1) Installation Biochem Testing Coordinator Admin Assistant. Contract to begin o/a 01 Oct 2004. Solicitation should be posted about 20 Aug 2004. This is a SYN OPSIS ONLY.
