- Description
- The Government proposes to acquire on a sole source basis, Contractor Field Service Representatives (CFSRs) at multiple locations in support of the AH-64A Apache helicopter, components and assemblies. The Government intends to award a delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement DAAH23-01-G-0024 to MDHC, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, Arizona, 85215-9797 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. (c)(1), only one source or a limited number of sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. The Government 's requirement for CFSRs can only be satisifed by the unique expertise and technical services available from MDHC, the prime developer and manufacturer of the AH-64 Apache Helicopter. There is no technical data package and a solicitation will not be issue d. The period of performance is 12 months after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the contracting officer. See Numbered Note: 22.
