Required delivery without First Article is 257 each 100 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricte d to HR TEXTRON INC, 25200 Rye Canyon Road, Valencia, CA 91355-1265, Cage Code: 81873. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications . Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
