PRON: AX4F5386AX, NSN: 3020-01-274-4360, PN: 7-211330023-5, Quantity: 31 each minimum and 155 each maximum - 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, applicable to the AH-64 with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Produ ction Lead-time with First Article Testing is 31 each, 90 Days After contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 31 each, 60 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 31 each, 75 DACA. This item is restricte d to The Purdy Corp., Cage Code 15152 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Cage Code 8V613; because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design cap ability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are en couraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The cl osing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation mu st be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXP ORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
