NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX4F0457AX, NSN: 1560-01-208-8728, PN: 70500-01055-057, 5 Year IDIQ MIN/MAX: 94 each / 629each applicable to UH-60 (BLACKHAWK). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, Texa s. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 135 each, 235 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 135 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shal l be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. law, participa tion in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
