Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for the maintenance, inspection, and calibration of Stealth Station Cart System. The service coverage will include all travel, labor, parts and materials, manufacturer??????s authori zed field modifications (FMIs) and individual tools and test equipment, required to service and maintain the system and components in strict accordance with the manufacturer??????s maintenance manuals, specifications, FMIs and quality control policies and procedures governed by the using activity. This acquisition will be processed under the Commercial Item Procedures with a base year of 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05 with four one year options. The Original Equipment Manufacturer is Medtronic SNT, Louisvill e, CO. Request for Quote will be issued on or about 10 Aug 04 and will be available for downloading through Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) Acquisition Business Website. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or f ax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. Award will be made on or about 24 Aug 04.
