Description
This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit. This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items perpared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which may be considered by the agency. Request for Dictating and Transcription System which will allow all providers to dictate over the phone. This professional PC Dictation System must offer the user state-of-the art technology digitize recording with a full voice recording system interface. The dictation and transcribing system must allow at least fifty (50) providers to dictate at their desktop. The dictation and transcribing system must allow six (6) radiology terminals to barcode scan records and input dictation at their desktop. The system must also allow ten (1) pda type dictation devices to capture dictation from multiple providers. This systems should be housed locally. The system must allow the providers to dictate their clinical reports to a server where a transcriptionist is able to hear and type them from the providers signature. Additionally, the additional storage capacity of the server will allow the providers the opportunity to go back and review/re-dictate their clinical notes. We will need hardward (server and output devices) for the transcriptionist, software, license, installation and training. and software support the equipment. Please contact Wanda J. The following Far provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Evaluation-Commercial Item, Evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of provision 52.212-2 are a follows; (i) technical capability to meet the governments requirement; and (ii) price.
