- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-04-089 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. Line Item no. 1) Model #T-2050-FG Disguised Audio Transmitter Housed in Motorola Pager/4 channels, 200MW Output. No substitutions will be considered. Quantity: 1 each. All pricing shall be FOB destination with Inspection and Acceptance by the Government at Destination. Delivery shall be to: Houston, Texas, 77057. Line Item No. 2) Model #MMR-4C Minimate Audio Receiver 10 Channel Receiver/Sony Minidisc/Ant-3 Mag Mount Antenna. No substitutions will be considered. Quantity: 4 each. All pricing shall be FOB destination with Inspection and Acceptance by the Government at Destination.
