- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing a maximum of 1,385 square feet of rentable space in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan for the Internal Revenue Service. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 1,148 to a maximum of 1,205 BOMA usable square feet for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: Mt. Pleasant Central Business District. Due to the soon-to- expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, alterations, and costs to move data and telecommunication lines. Lease term: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submission must be received no later than 4 p.m. CST on August 16, 2004.
