- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in Ann Arbor, Michigan for Solicitation for Offer number GS-05B-17543 consisting of approximately 7,371 square feet of rentable space with 3 parking spaces for the Internal Revenue Service. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 6,104 to a maximum of 6,409 occupiable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: North: Liberty Road, South: Miller Road, East: Zeeb Road, West: Maple Street. Due to the soon-to- expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, alterations, and costs to move data and telecommunication lines. Lease term: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection.
