- Description
- The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to issue a Request for Quote for a Contractor to provide no more than eight total collaborative meeting sessions that do not exceed a total of twenty two days including ? day pre-meeting and ? post-meeting for each of the eight sessions. The goal of the workshops is to define and prioritize functional requirements for the software development of Records Management Service Components and matters related to the preservation of electronic records. The participants (up to 19) will be key federal agency stakeholders and interested industry and academic professionals. The Offeror must offer an approach to meeting support that employs Electronic Meeting System (EMS) capabilities in order to enhance meeting productivity and effectiveness. The Offeror must have a permanently established facility that provides EMS support technology. The Offeror will provide a Facilitator with extensive experience in records management and archival theory supporting large scale projects dealing with multiple agencies. The Offeror will provide other support activities as required. This is an unrestricted procurement. The contract awarded as a result of this RFQ will be a Time and Materials contract for a Base Period of twelve (12) months plus two (2) twelve (12) month Option Periods. Copies of the RFQ, which will be available on or about August 10, 2004, may be obtained through the Federal Business Opportunities web site at www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the Offeror?s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. All Offeror?s interested in receiving notification of updates/amendments to the solicitation posted on the EPS are urged to enroll on the web site mailing list for this acquisition. Those Offeror?s enrolled will be notified automatically of any changes made to the RFQ through their e-mail addresses. No telephone or fax RFQ request will be accepted. *****
