- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/ Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to award a contract to IN.VISION Corporation, 150 Second Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 for their expert technical assistance in the integration of IN.VISION software on MSIC's computer network architecture. IN.VISION's XPRESS XML for SharePoint software is part of the installation and configuration process that is required under this effort. Expert IN.VISION research developers are required to design, install and configure IN.VISION Research software that will support MSIC's customers in accordance with Intelligence Community Metadata Standard for Products (IC-MSP) guidance published by the Intelligence Community Metadata Working Group. Travel for the implementation, user training, administration training, development training and follow-on support trips will be required under this effort. A firm fixed price contract with the terms FOB Destination is planned with the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500. FAR Provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications and Certifications - Commercial Items (May 2004), FAR Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (October 2003), and FAR Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (June 2004) are applicable to this effort.
