- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole-source procurement to BAE Systems. NGA has a requirement for the following items: VITec ELT-IEC Bundle (Classified), Part # SW-0290, QTY 4 VITec ELT-IEC Bundle (Classified) Upgrade Entitlement, Part # SW-0290-U, QTY 4 BAE Systems is the only known source that could meet the requirements of this purchase. This is a synopsis of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items. The authority for sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-1(a), 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Responsible sources that are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that identifies their ability to provide the product. All responses must be e-mailed to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Attn: Christina Griffin, GriffinCh@nga.mil by 1:00 P.M., EDT, 12 August 2004.
