- Description
- This project is to install showers at Bldg 103, Yokota Air Base. It is required to provide two temporary prefabricated buildings with shower rooms in the Bldg 102 hanger area. Civil work includes installing sewer manholes, sewer line, water line, U-gutter and trench. Architectural work includes purchasing and providing two temporary prefabricated buildings with shower rooms. Mechanical work includes installing steam hot generator, hot and cold water piping, HVAC system, and roof ventilator. Electrical work includes installing lighting fixture, transformer cubicles, heat detector, and electrical power for HVAC system. Site Orientation is scheduled for 3 Jun 04 at 1330 hours. All participants will meet at the entrance Bldg 620, Contracting Squadron. Contact the POC with number of participants attending the site orientation by 1 Jun 04. On 3 Jun 04, all contractors who require escorts meet at South Gate at 1300 to receive passes. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-MAY-2004).
