Description

A. This Amendment 0003 revises the solicitation as follows: 1. Section L: Subsection 3.3, second paragraph - Delete the sentence “This estimate shall be provided as an Appendix to Volume I, Technical, and will not be subject to page limitations.” Modify the last sentence from “The LCC estimate should be included in Volume IV, Cost/Price.” to “The LCC estimate should be included in Volume IV, Cost/Price, and will not be subject to page limitations.” 2. This is a clarification to the Section M: Subsection 2.0 – Change the first sentence of the second paragraph from “The Technical Factor is significantly more important than either the Management or Past Performance factor.” to “The Technical Factor is significantly more important than either the Management or Past Performance factor, and each is more important than the Cost/Price factor.” 3. Section M: Subsection 3.3 - Modify the initial portion of the first sentence from “Among items to be considered by the Government in the evaluation of Past Performance of the Offeror’s record of providing quality products and services that meet users’ needs;” to “Among items to be considered by the Government in the evaluation of Past Performance is the Offeror’s record of providing quality products and services that meet users’ needs;..” B. The proposal submission date is unchanged. C. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-NOV-2003).
