Description

*****Solicitation SB1341-04-Q-0615 is hereby amended in order to modify the fourth specification of Line Item and extend the due date for quotes. The following specification is hereby changed FROM: Shall include a long-pass cold filter suitable for limiting background radiation to wavelengths greater than 23 (plus or minus 2) micrometers; TO: The cryogenic infrared bolometer shall include a long-pass cold filter suitable for limiting background radiation to wavelengths greater than 25 (plus or minus 2) micrometers. The due date for quotes is hereby changed as follows: FROM: July 13, 2004 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time TO: August 5, 2004 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. EMAILED QUOTATIONS SHALL BE ACCEPTED AS LONG AS THEY ARE RECEIVED IN THEIR ENTIRETY BY THE 3:00 PM EST DEADLINE. QUOTATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE SHALL BE DEEMED LATE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. FAXED QUOTATIONS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.***** ***Quoters who do NOT want to revise their quotations shall state in writing that their original quotation stands firm as submitted. Quoters shall provide this information to the Contract Specialist by 3:00 PM, EST on August 5, 2004.
