Description: The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) Stennis Space Center, Mississippi intends to negotiate only with Gilman Corporation of Gilman, CT for the purchase of 5 each discus buoy hulls. The buoys are 96 inches in diameter and consist of a through frame and an ionomer foam hull. Delivery is FOB Destination to Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. See Notes 1 and 22.
