- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-04-Q-A048 is issued as a request for quote on an unrestricted basis, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2001-24. NAICS Code is 811213. Unit public information can be obtained at: http://www.fairchild.af.mil/lgcons. Fairchild AFB has a Sole Source requirement for the Motorola items listed on the Statement of Work and Appendix A, which is incorporated as part of this solicitation and can be downloaded at link: http://www.eps.gov. Central Contractor Registration (CCR): Lack of CCR registration will make an offer ineligable for award. Submission of Quotes: Quotes may be faxed to TSgt Faye Ritter at (509) 247-8685 or mailed to the above address, in accordance with FAR 52.215-5?Facsimile Proposals (Oct 1997). Offers are due by 16 Aug 2004 no later than 4:30 P.M. Anticipated award date is 23 Aug 2004.
