Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Western New York (Buffalo)is soliciting offers to provide Female Imaging Services off-site for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor shall provide a fully licensed/certified facility, all supplies, personnel and equipment necessary to provide the specified services. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621512. Size Standard is $11.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 10, 2004. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov.
