- UPDATE 29 JUN 2004: Amendment 2, Solicitation FA8601-04-R-0027 - Custodial Services, Area B, WPAFB And Responses to Pre-Proposal Conference Questions Amendment 2 corrects administrative error on data sheets for BLDG 20571 and 40003 attached to Amendment 1. Please review the document below (Amendment_2). Changes to the RFP are stated in the ?Summary of Changes? (page 2) of the Amendment document. All other datasheets remain unchanged. The offer due date has changed from 07 JUL 2004 at 1200 AM to 09 JUL 2004 at 4:00 PM (see Summary of changes). A signed SF30 (Amendment document) for each Amendment is required with proposals. Period of Performance is estimated 1 NOV 04 through 31 OCT 05. This contract includes provision for four one-year option periods. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone concerns. The Classification Code is S201, Custodial ? Janitorial Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code for this acquisition is 561720, Size Standard: $14.0 million. A HUBZone concern in this NAICS code cannot exceed $14.0 million average gross revenue over the last 3 fiscal years.
