- Description
- The United States Postal Service is looking for opportunities to lease an existing building or purchase vacant land for the lease construction of a new main post office within the Hamlett of Lakeville, NY 14480. A new post office of approximately 2,500 interior square feet is contemplated for a ten year base term with four renewal options of five years each. Adequate parking will be required for 21 cars, as well as proper zoning and access for customer and Postal Service vehicles. All interested parties should write to: William S.
