- Description
- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, USBP Air and Marine Operations Center located in El Paso, Texas, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Tyler Camera Systems, 14218 Aetna Street, Van Nuys, CA 91401 to purchase two each Fast-Rope/Rappel Units ( left and right) for a AS350 helicopter . The requirement will be processed under the authority of 41 USC 2304(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No telephone inquiries. SEE NOTE 22. The time for response is changed to read fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice.
