DTD Jan 9, 03 P/N: 70450-01076-106. This solicitation will be issued, as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing other than full and open competition. Mylar is required. Contracting Officer: Arla Allen 804-279-6133. Est. Issue Date: September 1, 2004, Est. Closing Date October 22, 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. First Article/Preproduction Approval Contractor Testing is required. The item is a non- critical application item; Configuration Control, and ?Export Control.? The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection, and Acceptance at Origin, 131 days. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The base year estimated annual quantity is 1099 each. The estimated annual quantity for each option year is 540 each. Surge and Sustainment is required. An Export Control Technical Data Package is available for this NSN at DSCR for certified contractors. To become certified, request and submit a DD Form 2345 to DLSC. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via Internet at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
