- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is preparing to award a commercial contract for consulting services to support HUD's strategic goals in technical EA implementation, life cycle integration, and the establishment of technical governance. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q4D8AAC0015 was originally issued under wrong classification code and was subsequently canceled and reissued under Q4D8AAC0015-B. Q4D8AAC0015-B is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and is a small-business set-aside.
