- Description
- Force Base (DMAFB) Fitness Center facilities. All officials must be members of the National Association of Sports Officials (NASO) or of a state registered sports officials association for the sport being officiated. The Contractor shall supply a copy of each individual?s respective certification/ membership to the DMAFB Sports Director a week prior to the individual?s working/officiating their first game. Sports to be officiated are softball, basketball, volleyball, and flag football. The subsequent award will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance for Base Year 01 Oct 2004 ? 30 Sep 2005, Option Year I 01 Oct 2005 ? 30 Sep 2006, Option Year II 01 Oct 2006 ? 30 Sep 2007, Option Year III 01 Oct 2007 ? 30 Sep 2008, Option Year IV 01 Oct 2008 ? 30 Sep 2009. This solicitation is Service Disable Veteran Set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code for this solicitation is 713940. The Request for Proposal will be issued in a commercial format using Past Performance Trade Off evaluation procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Past performance is significantly more important than price. There are experience and qualification requirements for this project that will be outlined in the solicitation documents. The solicitation may be issued electronically on or about 06 Aug 2004 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.eps.gov, with a proposal receipt date on or about 25 Aug 2004. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all solicitation documents.
