Description: The purpose of this modification to the previous notice is to make vendors aware that the solicitation has been posted to this website as a separate attachment. All quotes are due no later than 1200 hours on 7 September 2004. A site visit has been scheduled for 24 August 2004 at 1400 hours. Contractors needing an escort onto the base need to meet at the Kenny Gate (Flag Gate) Welcome Center no later than 1300 hours on 24 August 2004.
